Data, purposes and legal bases
- Quotation requests: name, email, message and any phone number, service, event date, venue, guest count or budget you choose to provide. We use these to respond and take steps towards a contract at your request — GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Other enquiries and security: correspondence and necessary technical information to respond and prevent abuse, based on legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f). The server may record IP and browser information; log retention must be confirmed with hosting.
- Contracts and billing: information needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations — Article 6(1)(b) and (c). Project terms are agreed separately.
- Statistics and external content: only with your permission — Article 6(1)(a). Google Analytics is loaded only after consent and is not active on search pages. It measures visits and successfully sent enquiries, without form contents or personal data entered in the form. Google Maps is loaded only after permission for external content.
Required fields are marked; we need them to handle your enquiry. The other fields are optional. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this information, not marketing subscriptions or Analytics consent. Please do not send identity documents, national identification numbers or sensitive data through the form.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to those handling your enquiry and necessary providers: hosting — [TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CONTROLLER]; email — [TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CONTROLLER]. Applicable provider agreements and safeguards must be in place. We do not sell your data.
If you allow statistics or maps, Google receives technical data required for those services. See Google’s privacy policy. Providers may process information outside the EEA; the controller must verify transfers and applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, before activation.
WhatsApp is an external link, not an automatic transfer of your message or form data. Opening it is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. You can use email or the contact form instead. Publishing photographs or video in the portfolio requires its own legal basis and arrangements; an enquiry does not authorise publication of your image.
Retention
The proposed retention for enquiries that do not lead to a contract is up to 12 months from the last relevant communication, unless a dispute requires longer storage. The controller must confirm and apply this period, including in email. Contract and tax records follow applicable statutory periods. Backup and log retention must be agreed with providers. Cookie choices last 180 days. Theme-configured Analytics cookies last up to 180 days; GA4 account data retention is configured separately.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Withdraw optional-service consent at any time through “Cookie preferences”; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact cristianrucareanu@yahoo.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR extensions and notification.
You can complain to ANSPDCP or your competent supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy. Form data is not used for solely automated decisions with legal effects. We update this notice and request a new choice when changed purposes or optional providers require it.
