Consumers may consult the ANPC-coordinated SAL mechanism for consumer disputes, subject to the applicable procedure. Jurisdiction, eligibility and procedural information are available on the official SAL page and the ANPC SAL platform.
This link provides information; it does not declare membership of a scheme or guarantee an outcome. Specific participation duties depend on the law and the dispute. Access to courts remains unaffected.
