This website presents photography and videography services and accepts quotation enquiries. It is not an online-payment shop and does not automatically reserve dates.
Quotations and bookings
Published descriptions, packages and prices are presentation information. The final quotation identifies the services, team, duration, deliverables, total price, VAT treatment, travel and any additional charges before acceptance. Availability is personally confirmed. A form, WhatsApp message or initial discussion alone is not a booking.
Work is confirmed by written agreement and contract, including any advance-payment conditions. Do not treat a date as booked without explicit confirmation.
Production, delivery and use
The contract defines schedules, locations, responsibilities, delivery formats and dates, selection, editing, included revisions and handover. Venue access, permits, weather and drone rules may limit particular shots; alternatives are discussed transparently. Copyright, the client’s licence and any portfolio publication are agreed separately. Sending an enquiry does not grant image-publication permission.
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling
Payment dates, advance payments, cancellation, rescheduling and exceptional circumstances are agreed before the client commits. This website does not impose automatic penalties or waive consumer rights. For distance contracts the provider must explain the applicable withdrawal rights and any relevant statutory exception for the specific service, not assume an exception applies to every service.
Using this site
Texts, photographs and films are protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. You may share public-page links. We aim for accurate information; discrepancies should be clarified before contracting. External links have their own policies. Do not use the form for spam or unlawful content.
